摘 要:设计一种具有2个独立吸排气口的新型双缸旋转压缩机,并搭建双回路排风热回收实验系统;研究采用新型压缩机的双回路热泵热回收系统在冬季和夏季测试工况的运行性能。研究结果表明:在冬季工况下,当室外温度从15℃降至−15℃时,系统工质循环流量和功耗分别降低54.24%和12.45%。在夏季工况下,当室外温度从30℃升至40℃时,系统工质循环流量和功耗分别增大12.02%和1.56%;随室内外温差增大,夏季工况下系统的制冷量逐渐增大,冬季工况下系统的制热量先增大后减小。系统性能系数的变化趋势与制热/制冷量的变化趋势相近。在冬季工况下,当室外温度为0℃时,系统性能系数可达峰值8.77;在夏季工况下,当室外温度为40℃时,系统性能系数可达5.22。A dual-cylinder rotary compressor with two independent suction and discharge ports was designed,the parallel-loop exhaust air heat pump system was built,and the performance of the parallel-loop exhaust air heat pump with novel compressor was studied by experiment under the test condition in winter and summer.The results show that the refrigerant mass flow rate and power consumption decrease by 54.24%and 12.45%respectively when the outdoor temperature declines from 15℃to−15℃under winter test condition,and increase by 12.02%and 1.56%respectively when the outdoor temperature increases from 30℃to 40℃under summer test condition.As the temperature difference between indoor and outdoor increases,the system cooling capacity gradually increases under summer test conditions,while the heating capacity increases firstly and then decreases under winter test conditions.The changing trend of coefficient of performance is similar to that of heating/cooling capacity.At the winter test conditions,when the outdoor temperature is 0℃,the coefficient of performance can reach a peak value of 8.77.At the summer test conditions,when the outdoor temperature is 40℃,the coefficient of performance reaches 5.22.
