摘　　要：医疗用免疫胶体金技术是利用医用胶体金作为标记,以硝酸纤维素为固相载体,利用滤膜所具有的微孔过滤能力,使被标记的抗体或抗原在滤膜上与特定的配体结合,从而在毛细血管的作用下,获得颜色阳性信号,从而能在抗体或抗原的定量或定性检测中起到重要的作用。对人体进行检测的一种新方法,以其快速、简便、特异、敏感、无需专用仪器及试剂、结果判断直观等优点,在人类医学的临床检验及其它领域中得到了广泛的应用,近几年来,随着免疫胶体金技术的发展,其在临床上的应用越来越广泛。应用前景十分广阔。Medical immune colloidal gold technology uses medical colloidal gold as a label,nitrocellulose as a solid phase carrier,and uses the microporous filtration capacity of the filter membrane to allow the labeled antibody or antigen to interact with a specific ligand on the filter membrane.Combine to obtain a color positive signal under the action of capillaries,which can play an important role in the quantitative or qualitative detection of antibodies or antigens.A new method of human body detection,with its advantages such as fast,simple,specific,sensitive,no need for special instruments and reagents,and intuitive result judgment,has been widely used in clinical examination of human medicine and other fields.Over the years,with the development of immune colloidal gold technology,its clinical applications have become more and more extensive.The application prospect is very broad.
