支撑喉镜与纤维喉镜下声带息肉手术效果比较

摘　　要：目的:通过研究比较支撑喉镜与纤维喉镜下行声带息肉手术的临床疗效。方法:选取2017年12月~2019年8月本院收治的声带息肉患者82例作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,各41例。观察组采用支撑喉镜进行声带息肉的切除,而对照组则在纤维喉镜下进行声带息肉切除术,比较2组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为95.12%,显著高于对照组的总有效率78.04%,且P<0.05,2组间的差异具有统计学意义。结论:支撑喉镜与纤维喉镜下行声带息肉的切除均能取得良好的治疗效果,但是支撑喉镜手术疗效更佳,且术后并发症较少。Objective:To compare the clinical effects of vocal cord polyp surgery under self-retaining laryngoscope and fibrolaryngoscope through research.Methods:82 patients with vocal cord polyps admitted to our hospital from December 2017 to August 2019 were selected as research objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 41 cases in each group.The observation group underwent vocal cord polypectomy with laryngoscope while the control group underwent vocal cord polypectomy with fibrolaryngoscope.The clinical therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.12%,significantly higher than that of the control group(78.04%),and P<0.05,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.Conclusion:Both suspension laryngoscope and fiber laryngoscope can achieve good therapeutic effects in the removal of vocal cord polyps,but suspension laryngoscope is more effective and has fewer postoperative complications.
