摘　　要：目的:分析Ilizarov外固定架联合三关节融合术治疗创伤性马蹄足的临床疗效及对不良反应的影响。方法:回顾分析本院2015年3月~2019年2月收治的创伤性马蹄足患者80例,按治疗方式分组,其中40例接受三关节融合术联合石膏外固定治疗(对照组),另40例接受Ilizarov外固定架联合三关节融合术治疗(观察组),比较治疗状况。结果:观察组并发症总发生率5%低于对照组7.50%(P>0.05);观察组手术时间高于对照组,骨折愈合时间、拆除时间低于对照组(P<0.05),手术出血量差异小(P>0.05)。结论:临床治疗创伤性马蹄足可考虑采用Ilizarov外固定架联合三关节融合术,患者术后恢复速度更快,且安全高效。Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of Ilizarov external fixator combined with triple joint fusion in the treatment of traumatic horseshoe foot and its influence on adverse reactions.Methods:Retrospective analysis of our hospital during March 2015 to February 2019 treated 80 cases of patients with traumatic equinus,according to the treatment group,40 patients who underwent three joints arthrodesis with plaster external fixation therapy(control group),another 40 cases were treated with Ilizarov external fixator combined three joint arthrodesis(observation group),comparing treatment conditions.Results:The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 5%lower than that in the control group 7.50%(P>0.05).The operation time of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the fracture healing time and removal time were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the difference in the amount of surgical bleeding was small(P>0.05).Conclusion:Ilizarov external fixator combined with tri-joint fusion may be considered for the clinical treatment of traumatic horseshoe feet.The postoperative recovery is faster,safer and more efficient.
