摘　　要：目的:研究选择性痔上黏膜切除术(TST)、吻合器痔上黏膜环切术(PPH)应用在混合痔中的效果。方法:选取2019年3月~2020年3月在本院治疗的混合痔患者104例,依据奇数偶数分组法,将患者分成观察组和对照组,各52例。对照组采取PPH治疗,观察组采取TST治疗,比较两组治疗有效率、肛管高压区长度(HPZ)、肛门静息压(ARP)、肛门最大收缩压(MSP)等指标以及并发症发生率。结果:两组疗效比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);两组术后HPZ、ARP、MSP均有所提高,观察组的高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组并发症发生率为3.85%低于对照组的15.38%,P<0.05。结论:在混合痔的治疗中,TST和PPH均有不错的治疗效果,但是TST并发症相对较少,可促进肛肠动力恢复。Objective:To investigate the efficacy of selective superior hemorrhoidectomy(TST)and stapler superior mucosal loop hemorrhoidectomy(PPH)in mixed hemorrhoids.Methods:104 patients with mixed hemorrhoids treated in our hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the odd and even number grouping method,with 52 patients in each group.The control group was treated with PPH,while the observation group was treated with TST.The therapeutic efficiency,length of anal high pressure area(HPZ),anal resting pressure(ARP),maximum anal systolic pressure(MSP)and other indicators as well as the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).HPZ,ARP and MSP in both groups were improved after operation,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was 3.85%,lower than that of the control group(15.38%),P<0.05.Conclusion:In the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids,BOTH TST and PPH have a good therapeutic effect,but TST complications are relatively few,can promote anorectal dynamic recovery,worthy of clinical promotion.
