PPH对比传统外剥内扎术对环状痔患者术后效果及并发症分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨选择性痔上黏膜切除术(PPH)与传统外剥内扎术治疗环状痔的临床效果及术后并发症。方法:将本院肛肠科2017年10月~2019年3月收治的108例环状混合痔患者按照随机数字法分为观察组与对照组各54例,观察组给予PPH手术治疗,对照组实施传统混合痔外剥内扎术,观察两组患者术后临床效果及并发症发生情况,评价手术方式。结果:观察组有效率(96.3%)显著高于对照组(83.3%),患者术后并发症发生率5.6%(3/54)显著低于对照组患者13.0%(7/54),P<0.05。结论:PPH术治疗环状混合痔对比传统外剥内扎术手术效果更确切,术后并发症发生率低。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect and postoperative complications of selective hemorrhoid mucosal resection(PPH)and traditional external stripping and internal ligation in the treatment of circular hemorrhoids.Methods:From October 2017 to March 2019,108 patients with circumferential mixed hemorrhoid were selected in our hospital.According to the random number method,they were divided into observation group(n=54)and the control group(n=54).The observation group was given PPH surgery treatment,and the control group was given the traditional mixed hemorrhoid external stripping and internal ligation.The postoperative clinical effect and complications were observed,and the surgery methods were evaluated.Results:The effective rate of the observation group(96.3%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(83.3%),and the incidence of postoperative complications 5.6%(3/54)was significantly lower than that of the control group 13.0%(7/54),P<0.05.Conclusion:PPH is more effective than traditional external stripping and internal ligation in the treatment of annular mixed hemorrhoids,and the incidence of postoperative complications is lower.
