康惠尔泡沫敷料在长期卧床老年患者压疮预防中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的:研究康惠尔泡沫敷料在长期卧床老年患者压疮预防中的应用效果。方法:取本院2018年1月~2018年12月本院住院患者56例为研究对象,均分为对照组和观察组各28例,对照组采用常规临床护理方法,观察组给予尾骶部皮肤预防性泡沫敷料护理,对比两组患者的病情缓解效果。结果:对照组压疮恢复效果:痊愈10例,显效6例,有效5例,无效7例,有效率75%;观察组压疮恢复效果:痊愈17例,显效9例,有效1例,无效1例,有效率96.43%。两组均无其他并发症,观察组数据明显优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:康惠尔泡沫敷料可有效降低长期卧床患者的压疮发生率,促进疾病恢复。Objective:To study the application effect of Kanghuier foam dressing in the prevention of pressure ulcers in elderly patients who have been bedridden for a long time.Methods:56 inpatients in this hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group with 28 cases each.The control group used routine clinical nursing methods,and the observation group was given the coccyxacral region skin preventive foam dressing care,and compare the relieving effects of the two groups of patients.Results:Pressure ulcer recovery effect in the control group:10 cases were cured,6 cases were effective,5 cases were effective,7 cases were ineffective,and the effective rate was 75%;the pressure ulcer recovery effect in the observation group:17 cases were cured,9 cases were effective,1 case was effective,and 1 case was ineffective,the effective rate was 96.43%.There were no other complications in the two groups.The observation group had significantly better data than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Kanghuier foam dressing can effectively reduce the incidence of pressure ulcers in long-term bedridden patients and promote disease recovery.
