摘  要:目的:探讨无创呼吸机管道和面罩不同消毒时间对细菌菌落数的影响。方法:选入本院2017年2月~2018年1月接收的阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者36例,随机分为研究组和对照组,各18例。研究组在第1~第4日管道连续消毒,对照组连续四日不消毒。记录两组物品培养细菌菌落数对比情况。结果:研究组管道物品各时点细菌数少于对照组;细菌培养菌落数在第四次观察时间内具有统计学意义(P<0.05),在天数不断增加的状态下,细菌菌落数有逐渐提升的趋势。研究组内管道物品各时点细菌菌落数对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:因面罩以及管道的构造和患者紧密相连,无创呼吸机管道对人体不会产生伤害,但需要每1日进行一次消毒。Objective:To explore the effects of non-invasive ventilator pipes and masks on the number of bacterial colonies.Methods:36 patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypoventilation syndrome received between February 2017 and January 2018 were selected into the hospital,and were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 18 cases each.The study group continued to disinfect the pipes on the 1st to 4th day,and the control group did not disinfect for four consecutive days.Record a comparison of the number of cultured bacterial colonies in two groups of items.Results:The number of bacteria at each time point of pipe items in the study group was less than that of the control group,and the number of bacterial cultured colonies was statistically significant in the fourth observation time(P<0.05),and the number of bacterial colonies increased gradually in the increasing number of days.The comparison of bacterial colonies at various point of time for pipe items in the study group was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Because the mask and the structure of the pipe are closely connected with the patient,the non-invasive ventilator pipe will not cause harm to the human body,but it needs to be disinfected every 1 day.
