内镜下行氩离子凝固术治疗胃息肉的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨内镜下行氩离子凝固术治疗胃息肉的疗效及对血清胃泌素-17(G-17)、胃蛋白酶原PGⅠ/PGⅡ比值(PGR)的影响。方法:选择本院2019年3月~2020年5月收治的104例胃息肉患者。采用随机数字法分为对照组(52例)和观察组(52例)。对照组行内镜下高频电凝切除治疗,观察组采用内镜下氩离子凝固术治疗。比较两组术前及术后6个月G-17、PGR变化及临床疗效。结果:术前,两组G-17、PGR值组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后6个月,两组G-17、PGR值均升高(P<0.05);观察组术后6个月组G-17、PGR值均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率94.23%高于对照组80.77%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:内镜下氩离子凝固术可显著提高胃息肉患者G-17、PGR水平,临床疗效满意。Objective:To investigate the effect of endoscopic argon plasma coagulation on gastric polyps and its influence on serum gastrin-17(G-17)and pepsinogen PG I/PG II ratio(PGR).Methods:104 patients with gastric polyps in our hospital from March 2019 to May 2020 were selected.They were randomly divided into control group(52 cases)and observation group(52 cases).The control group was treated with high frequency electrocoagulation under gastroscope,and the observation group was treated with argon plasma coagulation under endoscope.The changes of G-17 and PGR before and 6 months after operation were compared between the two groups.Results:Before operation,there was no significant difference in G-17 and PGR values between the two groups(P>0.05).After 6 months,the G-17 and PGR values of the two groups were increased(P<0.05);The G-17 and PGR values of the observation group were higher than those of the control group at 6 months after operation(P<0.05);The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.23%higher than that of the control group 80.77%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Endoscopic argon plasma coagulation can significantly improve the level of G-17 and PGR in patients with gastric polyps.The clinical effect is satisfactory.
