摘　　要：目的:探讨心脏起搏器植入对慢性心律失常患者心脏大小及心功能的影响。方法:选择本院2019年12月~2020年2月收治的80例慢性心律失常患者为对象,随机分为对照组(40例)和观察组(40例)。对照组植入单腔心脏起搏器治疗,观察组植入双腔型心脏起搏器治疗,比较两组植入前及植入3个月后心脏大小、心功能变化及临床疗效。结果:植入前,两组LVDs、LVDd、LVEF及CO比较无明显差异(P>0.05);植入3个月后,两组LVDs、LVDd均降低,LVEF及CO均升高(P<0.05);观察组植入3个月后LVDs、LVDd均低于对照组,LVEF及CO均高于对照组(P<0.05);两组总有效率比较(观察组:97.50%,对照组:95.00%),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:心脏起搏器植入对慢性心律失常患者的疗效显著,相较而言,植入双腔型心脏起搏器对心功能的改善效果更佳。Objective:To investigate the effect of pacemaker implantation on cardiac size and cardiac function in patients with chronic cardiac arrhythmia.Methods:80 patients with chronic cardiac arrhythmia in our hospital from December 2019 to February 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group.The control group was implanted with single chamber pacemaker,and the observation group was implanted with dual chamber pacemaker.The changes of heart size,cardiac function and clinical efficacy before and 3 months after implantation were compared between the two groups.Results:Before implantation,there was no significant difference between the two groups of LVDs,LVDd,LVEF and CO(P>0.05);after 3 months of implantation,both LVDs,LVDd and LVEF and CO increased(P<0.05;3 months after implantation in the observation group,LVDs and LVDd were lower than those in the control group,and LVEF and CO were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the two groups was compared(observation group:97.50%,control group:95.00%),the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The effect of pacemaker implantation on patients with chronic cardiac arrhythmia is significant,and the effect of implantation of dual chamber cardiac pacemaker is better.
