摘 要:目的:探讨低温过氧化氢等离子在金属医疗器械灭菌中的效果。方法:选取2018年1月~2019年1月本院1700件金属医疗器械灭菌,器械分为对照组和观察组,每组850件。对照组接受脉动预真空压力蒸汽灭菌,观察组行低温过氧化氢等离子灭菌。比较两组器械在保存3、6、8、10、12月后抽取100件,进行细菌学及三磷酸腺苷检测(ATP)检测,比较灭菌物品的保存期限。结果:细菌及ATP荧光检测显示,两种方式灭菌后器械保存6个月内均全部合格,观察组在8、10、12月后的细菌及ATP荧光检测高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对于金属医疗器械灭菌,使用低温过氧化氢等离子,可有效提高消毒质量,延长存放期限。Objective:To investigate the effect of low temperature hydrogen peroxide plasma on sterilization of metal medical devices.Methods:1700 metal medical devices were sterilized in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 by random number table method.The devices were divided into control group and observation group with 850 pieces in each group.The control group received pulsatile pre-vacuum pressure steam sterilization,while the observation group received.Comparing the quality management of the sterilized instruments in the two groups,selecting the qualified metal instruments and randomly sampling 100 pieces each in 3,6,8,10 and 12 months of storage for bacteriology and test(ATP)test,and comparing the shelf life of the sterilized items.Results:The fluorescence detection of bacteria and ATP showed that all the instruments were qualified within 6 months after sterilization by the two methods.The fluorescence detection of bacteria after 8,10 and 12 months was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For sterilization of metal medical devices,the use of low-temperature hydrogen peroxide plasma can effectively improve the quality of disinfection and prolong the storage period,which is worthy of further research and promotion.
