摘　　要：本文针对往复式活塞压缩机用于煤锁气压缩提出了一些优化建议,描述了其在运行过程的故障并进行原因分析,总结其定期维修与预防性维修经验。通过技术优化、故障预防、管理加强,其用于煤锁气压缩在可靠性、稳定性、长周期等方面一定能够上一个新的台阶。This paper puts forward some suggestions for the use of reciprocating piston compressors for coal lock gas compression,describes the fault in the operation process, analyzes the causes, and summarizes experience in regular maintenance and preventive maintenance. Through technical optimization, failure prevention, and strengthening of management, the use of reciprocating piston compressors for coal lock gas compression will certainly be able to reach a new level in terms of reliability,stability, and long term operation.
