摘 要:海上油田在修井作业过程中,修井液会出现不同程度的漏失情况,而修井液漏失进地层与储层岩石、流体以及原油之间可能存在不配伍情况,这将会导致水敏、水锁以及结垢等现象的发生。为了防止储层受到此类伤害,针对不同的储层开发出不同类型的修井液,保证修井作业的顺利完成以及油井后续产能的恢复。现场应用表明,使用相匹配的修井液体系能有效减小黏土膨胀运移、乳化、水敏及水锁等伤害,在油井投产后不仅产能恢复快,且增油效果良好,油井产量得到一定幅度的提高。In the process of workover operation in offshore oilfield, workover fluid will leak out to varying degrees, and may be incompatibility between workover fluid leaking into formation and reservoir rock, fluid and crude oil, which will lead to water sensitivity, water lock and scaling.In order to prevent the reservoir from such damage, different types of workover fluids were developed for different reservoirs to ensure the smooth completion of workover operation and the recovery of subsequent production capacity.The field application showed that the matching workover fluid system can effectively reduce the damage of clay expansion and migration, emulsification, water sensitivity and water lock.After the oil well was put into production, not only the productivity recovery was fast, but also the oil increase effect was good, and the oil well production was improved to a certain extent.
