摘　　要：碳四精细化工一体化装置脱氢单元汽轮机背压自产0.3MPa蒸汽严重过剩,利用螺杆式蒸汽热泵机组将0.3MPa蒸汽升压为0.55MPa;将升压后0.55MPa蒸汽用到甲基叔丁基醚(MTBE)单元催化蒸馏塔重沸器做热源,解决了过剩的0.3MPa蒸汽利用问题。主要对蒸汽热泵机组的仪表控制系统进行论述,为同类型机组的控制系统提供可借鉴的经验。The back pressure of the steam turbine of the dehydrogenation unit of the carbon 4 fine chemical integration unit was seriously in excess of 0.3 MPa steam.The screw steam heat pump unit was used to boost the pressure of 0.3 MPa steam to 0.55 MPa.The 0.55 MPa steam after the pressure boost was used in the reboiler of MTBE unit catalytic distillation tower as the heat source to solve the problem of excess 0.3 MPa steam utilization.This paper mainly discussed the instrument control system of steam heat pump unit,which can provide reference experience for the control system of the same type unit.
