摘　　要：河北新启元能源技术开发股份有限公司1〜7^(#)、9^(#)罐区共计44台储罐无罐顶气治理设施,在收料过程中及环境温度升高时,罐顶气会直接通过罐顶通气管或呼吸阀向外排气,将储罐废气无组织直接排到大气中,这会造成部分气相物料损失以及空气污染,也会对操作人员的身体健康产生较大影响。根据罐区现状,通过挥发性有机物(VOCs)治理改造,收集油气,解决以上问题。A total of 44 tank top-free gas treatment facilities were installed in the 1~7^(#)and 9^(#)tank areas of Hebei Xinqiyuan Energy Technology Development Co.,Ltd..The top gas of the tank has been discharged directly through the vent pipe or suction valve on the top of the tank,and the exhaust gas of the tank has been discharged directly into the atmosphere without any organization,which caused part of the loss of gas phase materials and environmental pollution.At the same time,the exhaust gas has a great influence on the health of the operators.According to the status of tank area,through the volatile organic compounds treatment and transformation,collection of oil and gas,to solve the above problems.
