摘　　要：针对某热轧半连轧生产线的特点和不足,提出3种改造方案,分析比较3种方案的优缺点,确定由R1和R2组成串列式轧制工艺布置方案能够充分利用生产线的现有空间,显著提升轧线的产能,而且投资少;针对原生产线精轧机组弯串辊机构存在的问题,提出改造方案,改造后能显著提升板形的控制精度和换辊效率,减少维护量。The advantages and disadvantages of the three proposed technological solutions applied for the modernization of semi-endless hot strip rolling mill against the challenges were addressed and analyzed in this paper.The obstacles of WR bending and shifting system applied in the current finishing mill stand were evaluated and the modernization solutions were introduced by means of utilizing the new type bending and shifting device which may increase the control accuracy and roll changing efficiency and decrease the work amount of maintenance.
