摘　　要：目的探讨球囊阻断在股动脉假性动脉瘤手术中的临床价值。方法回顾性收集柳州市人民医院2017年2月至2020年2月采用球囊阻断下手术治疗25例股动脉假性动脉瘤患者的临床资料,分析手术成功率、手术时间、术中出血量和术后并发症情况。结果患者均成功置入球囊导管并完成手术,平均手术时间(72.7±11.2)min,平均出血量为(132.6±65.4)ml。术后2例患者出现伤口淋巴漏,经局部换药后治愈出院。患者穿刺点经加压包扎后均愈合良好,未见血管损伤及动脉夹层,无下肢缺血坏死者。患者术后随访2~26个月,1例患者因行股动脉直接结扎术遗留下肢缺血而出现间歇性跛行,其余下肢功能正常。结论球囊阻断下手术治疗股动脉假性动脉瘤可减少手术时间和出血量,降低手术创伤和术后并发症发生率,是一种安全有效的方法。Objective To explore the clinical value of balloon occlusion during surgery for patients with femoral pseudoaneurysm.Methods The clinical data of 25 patients with femoral pseudoaneurysm treated by surgery with balloon occlusion in the People′s Hospital of Liuzhou City from February 2017 to February 2020 were collected retrospectively.The operative success rate,operative time,intraoperative blood loss and postoperative complications were analyzed.Results All patients were placed the balloon catheter and the operations were completed successfully.The average operation time was(72.7±11.2)min,and the average blood loss was(132.6±65.4)ml.Lymphatic fistula occurred in 2 cases,and they were cured after local dressing change.The puncture points of the patients were healed well after compression bandaging.There was no vascular injury,arterial dissection,or lower limb ischemia.The patients were followed up for 2 to 26 months after the operation.One patient who received the ligation of femoral artery suffered from intermittent claudication,and the rest had normal lower limb function.Conclusion Surgical treatment of femoral pseudoaneurysms with balloon occlusion can reduce the operation time,blood loss,surgical trauma and the incidence of postoperative complications,which is a safe and effective method.
