摘　　要：长沙作为第一批历史文化名城,具有深厚的湖湘文化内涵和鲜明的历史特征,其近现代建筑散布于城区内外,在长沙城市发展的历史上占有重要的位置。但随着历史的变迁和城市化进程的加速,其保护和利用面临挑战。本文全面回顾长沙20多年来近现代历史建筑的保护历程,并对其整体情况与典型作品进行概述与分析。As the first batch of famous historical and cultural cities,Changsha has profound Huxiang cultural connotation and distinctive historical characteristics of modern architecture scattered in and around the city,which occupies an important position in the history of Changsha City development.But with the change of history and the acceleration of urbanization,its protection and utilization are facing challenges.This paper comprehensively reviews the protection process of modern historical buildings in Changsha in the past 20 years and the overall situation and typical works are summarized and analyzed.
