摘  要:设计了一种基于STM32高性能ARM单片机的IoT终端产品可靠性的检测装置。该装置包括多路光敏采集模块、信号处理模块和输出显示模块,其工作原理为:首先,通过光敏采集模块来采集终端模块上的LED灯所产生的光信号并转换为数字量信号;然后,将采集到的信号通过线缆传输到主板的单片机芯片中;最后,将处理后的信号输出到计数显示屏和测试结果统计显示屏。其适用于多点、远距离和重复性测试项目,应用后可以减少人力成本,增加测试效率。A detection device for the reliability of IoT terminal products based on STM32 high-performance ARM single-chip microcomputer is designed.The device includes multichannel photosensitive acquisition module,signal processing module and output display module.Its working principle is as follows:firstly,the light signal generated by the LED lamp on the terminal module is collected through the photosensitive acquisition module and converted into a digital signal;then,the collected signal is transmitted to the single-chip microcomputer chip of the motherboard through a cable;finally,the processed signal is output to the count display screen and the test result statistics display screen.It is suitable for multi-point,long-distance,and repetitive test terms.After appplication,it can reduce labor costs and increase test efficiency.
