腹腔镜手术与海扶治疗子宫腺肌瘤临床疗效对照研究

摘　　要：目的分析腹腔镜手术与海扶治疗子宫腺肌瘤的临床疗效。方法该研究对象为方便选取2018年4月—2020年1月间来院治疗的103例子宫腺肌瘤患者。以抽签法为基准,A组52例予以海扶治疗,B组51例予以腹腔镜手术治疗。对比治疗效果。结果治疗6个月后,A组的血量评分为(58.92±3.86)分,B组为(59.39±3.88)分,差异无统计学意义(t=0.616,P=0.539);A组的血块大小评分为(10.65±3.05)分,B组为(11.08±3.11)分,差异无统计学意义(t=0.708,P=0.480);月经量总评分为(69.58±6.03)分,B组为(70.47±6.12)分,差异无统计学意义(t=0.743,P=0.459)。A组的痛经评分为(4.05±0.33)分,B组为(3.99±0.38)分,差异无统计学意义(t=0.855,P=0.395)。A组的并发症率为7.69%,B组为23.53%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.922,P=0.027)。结论为子宫腺肌瘤患者实行以上两种疗法均能缓解痛感,减少月经量,但相比而言,海扶的治疗安全性更高。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic surgery and Haifu in the treatment of adenomyoma of the uterus.Methods The research object of this study was to conveniently select 103 patients with adenomyoma who came to the hospital for treatment from April 2018 to January 2020.Based on the lottery method,52 patients in group A were treated with Haifu,and 51 patients in group B were treated with laparoscopic surgery.Compared treatment effects.Results After 6 months of treatment,the blood volume score of group A was(58.92±3.86)points,group B was(59.39±3.88)points,the difference was not statistically significant(t=0.616,P=0.539);the blood clot size score of group A was(10.65±3.05)points,group B was(11.08±3.11)points,the difference was not statistically significant(t=0.708,P=0.480);total menstrual volume score was(69.58±6.03)points,group B was(70.47±6.12)points,the difference was not statistically significant(t=0.743,P=0.459).The dysmenorrhea score of group A was(4.05±0.33)points,and the score of group B was(3.99±0.38)points,the difference was not statistically significant(t=0.855,P=0.395).The complication rate in group A was 7.69%and that in group B was 23.53%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.922,P=0.027).Conclusion The above two therapies for patients with adenomyoma can relieve pain and reduce menstrual flow,but in comparison,Haifu's treatment is safer.
