中药熏洗联合特色护理对混合痔患者术后切口水肿及尿潴留发生率的影响研究

摘　　要：目的分析混合痔患者术后应用中药熏洗联合特色护理对尿潴留以及切口水肿的发生率影响。方法方便选取该院2019年1月—2020年6月收治混合痔患者160例纳入研究,随机分为对照组、观察组,对照组应用常规护理干预,观察组应用中药熏洗联合特色护理干预,观察两组患者的护理满意度、并发症发生率以及视觉模拟模拟分法(VAS)评分。结果观察组并发症发生率为6.25%低于对照组17.50%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.838,P<0.05);观察组水肿消退率96.25%高于对照组80.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=10.093,P<0.05);观察组满意度97.50%高于对照组80.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=12.269,P<0.05);护理后,观察组术后12 h、24 h、48 h、72 h、4 d VAS评分分别为(4.67±0.97)分、(4.11±0.78)分、(4.03±0.71)分、(3.87±0.63)分、(3.01±0.65)分显著低于对照组的(7.96±1.22)分、(6.89±0.45)分、(5.98±0.66)分、(5.26±0.62)分、(4.87±0.46)分,差异有统计学意义(t=18.880、27.612、17.992、14.065、20.892,P<0.05)。结论混合痔患者术后应用中药熏洗联合特色护理效果显著,可有效降低切口水肿、尿潴留的发生率。Objective To analyze the influence of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and special nursing on the incidence of urinary retention and incision edema in patients with mixed hemorrhoids.Methods 160 patients with mixed hemorrhoids admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to June 2020 were conveniently selected in the study.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing combined with special nursing intervention.The care satisfaction,complication rate and VAS score of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The complication rate of the observation group was 6.25%,which was lower than that of the control group 17.50%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.838,P<0.05);the edema regression rate of the observation group was 96.25%higher than that of the control group 80.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=10.093,P<0.05);97.50%satisfaction of the observation group was higher than 80.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=12.269,P<0.05);after nursing,the observation group had 12 h,24 h,48 h,72 h,4 d VAS scores(4.67±0.97)points,(4.11±0.78)points,(4.03±0.71)points,(3.87±0.63)points,(3.01±0.65)points were significantly lower than the control group(7.96±1.22)points,(6.89±0.45)points,(5.98±0.66)points,(5.26±0.62)points,(4.87±0.46)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=18.880,27.612,17.992,14.065,20.892,P<0.05).Conclusion The postoperative application of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing combined with special nursing for patients with mixed hemorrhoids has a significant effect,which can effectively reduce the incidence of incision edema and urinary retention.
