摘 要:经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术是治疗非肌层浸润性膀胱癌的经典治疗方式,但是在肿瘤整块切除程度上确不仅如此人意,也因此引发医学界对于手术术式的进一步探究。随着激光、等离子技术的应用,给当前的膀胱瘤的治疗提供了更多的思路。其中激光又可分为绿激光、钬激光、钕激光等,诸多医学激光的发现及应用,为整块切除患者带来了更多的治疗手段,极大地提升了患者的生存质量。而等离子技术因其针状操作方式进一步推动了膀胱瘤切除手术的微创进程,极大程度地提高了患者的手术预后,特别是对于身体技能较差的老年患者而言意义非凡。该文对激光、等离子技术的临床治疗进展进行综述,为当前的经尿道膀胱肿瘤临床治疗工作提供参考意见,为今后的临床手术提供数据参考。Transurethral resection of bladder tumor is a classic treatment for non-muscular invasive bladder cancer,but the degree of en bladder tumor resection is not only so satisfactory,but also triggers further exploration of surgical procedures in the medical community.With the application of laser and plasma technology,more ideas are provided for the current treatment of bladder tumors.Among them,lasers can be divided into green lasers,holmium lasers,neodymium lasers,etc.The discovery and application of many medical lasers have brought more treatment methods for patients with en bloc resection and greatly improved the quality of life of patients.The plasma technology further promotes the minimally invasive process of bladder tumor resection due to its needle-like operation,which greatly improves the prognosis of patients,especially for elderly patients with poor physical skills.This article reviews the clinical treatment progress of laser and plasma technology,provides reference opinions for the current clinical treatment of transurethral bladder tumors,and provides data reference for future clinical operations.
