摘  要:导弹发动机属于系统复杂、短期工作、一次性使用的不可维修产品,如果完全依靠全比例发动机地面试车和飞行试验来评定其可靠性,就会带来耗费大、周期长和试验系统复杂的问题。同时,在子样数较小的情况下,不可能全面地评定发动机的可靠性。首先,构建了导弹发动机金字塔模型;然后,通过数据折算,将不同的可靠性分布单元可靠性试验数据折算为成败型数据;最后,将单元可靠性试验数据与整机地面试车数据进行综合,有效地评估了导弹发动机的整机可靠性。Missile engine is a non-repairable product with complex system,short-term work and one-time use.If its reliability is evaluated by solely relying on the full-scale engine ground test and flight test,it will bring the problems of large cost,long cycle and complex test system.Meanwhile,in the case of small sub-samples,it is impossible to comprehensively evaluate the reliability of the engine.Firstly,the missile engine pyramid model is constructed.Then,the reliability test data of different reliability distribution units are converted into success-failure data through data conversion.Finally,the unit reliability test data is integrated with the ground test data of the whole machine,and the reliability of the whole missile engine is effectively evaluated.
