摘 要:目的为解决手动灌装条形袋装颗粒干燥剂存在的劳动强度高、生产效率低、计量不均匀等生产难题。方法结合袋装颗粒式干燥剂罐装的要求及特点,优选框架式结构,设计自动上料、自动称量、自动灌装装置的机械结构。结果经结构设计、电气控制设计对自动实现颗粒干燥样机进行了搭建与调试,使其具备自动上料、自动称量、自动灌装等功能。实验结果显示全自动智能干燥灌装机与传统罐装相比,生产效率提升了4倍,成本降低了约2/3,罐装计量最大偏差值约为0.5 g。结论通过企业实践生产验证,不仅大幅减少了操作人员的劳动强度,而且有效地提升了条形袋干燥剂的生产效率和产品加工品质,降低了企业的生产成本。There are many production problems existing during the production of manual filling bar bag granular desiccant,such as high labor intensity,low production efficiency and inaccurate measurement.A new mechanical structure was created and designed to solve these problems.Combining with the requirements and characteristics of bagged granular desiccant filling,the optimized frame structure has automatic feeding,weighing and filling functions.The new automatic particle drying prototype has been built and tested after structural design and electrical control design.The experimental results show that,compared with the traditional filling machine,the production efficiency of the new automatic intelligent dry filling machine has been increased by 4 times and the cost has been reduced by about 2/3.The maximum deviation of the filling measurement is about 0.5 g.The practical production has verified that labor intensity has been greatly reduced,the production efficiency and processing quality of the strip bag desiccant has been effectively improved and also the production cost has been reduced by using the new intelligent dry filling machine.
