摘 要:通过合金化的方法研制出了抗歧化性能优良的ZrCo基合金——ZrTiCoMm,并通过化学镀法在ZrTiCoMm合金的表面沉积Pd膜包层。采用SEM、EDS以及截面BSE成像等手段对Pd膜的特征进行分析,并且测试了Pd/ZrTiCoMm合金的活化动力学性能和P-C-T曲线,研究了Pd膜对ZrTiCoMm合金抗毒化性能的影响。结果表明:ZrTiCoMm合金颗粒表面可以沉积一层致密均匀的厚度约3μm的Pd膜。Pd/ZrTiCoMm合金活化动力学性能优良,室温下饱和吸氢量达到200 mL/g以上;通过吸放氢过程的P-C-T曲线拟合范德霍夫方程,推算出该合金在室温下的吸氢平衡压约1 Pa,仅需加热至520 K即能达到100 kPa的放氢平衡压。对未镀膜及镀覆Pd膜的ZrTiCoMm合金在4%N_(2)+1%O_(2)+90%H_(2)混合气体中进行吸氢动力学性能测试,发现未镀Pd膜的ZrTiCoMm合金在混合气体中几乎丧失了吸氢能力;而Pd/ZrTiCoMm合金的吸氢量随吸放氢次数的增加有所衰减,但前7次的吸氢量仍可以达到高纯氢中吸氢量的55%以上,吸氢动力学性能也比较优良。ZrCo-based alloy with excellent anti-disproportionation performance was developed by alloying, that is ZrTiCoMm alloy.Pd membrane was deposited on the ZrTiCoMm alloy by chemical plating.The characteristics of Pd membrane was analyzed by SEM,EDS and cross-section BSE imaging.The activation kinetic performance and P-C-T curve of Pd/ZrTiCoMm were tested, and the influence of Pd membrane on anti-poisoning performance of ZrTiCoMm alloy was studied.The results show that a dense and uniform Pd membrane with a thickness of about 3 μm can be deposited on the surface of ZrTiCoMm alloy particles.Pd/ZrTiCoMm alloy has excellent activation kinetic performance, and its saturated hydrogen absorption capacity at room temperature is over 200 mL/g.By fitting Van′t Hoff equation with P-C-T curve of hydrogen absorption and desorption process, the equilibrium pressure of hydrogen absorption is calculated, that is about 1 Pa at room temperature, and the equilibrium pressure of hydrogen desorption can reach 100 kPa only by heating to 520 K.The hydrogen absorption kinetic performance of ZrTiCoMm alloy without coating and coated with Pd membrane was tested in 4% N_(2)+1% O_(2)+90% H_(2) mixed gas.It is found that uncoated ZrTiCoMm alloy almost loses its hydrogen absorption ability in the mixed gas.However, the hydrogen absorption capacity of Pd/ZrTiCoMm alloy decreases with the increase of hydrogen absorption and desorption times, but the hydrogen absorption capacity in the initial seven times can still reach more than 55% of that in high purity hydrogen, and the hydrogen absorption kinetic performance is also excellent.
