摘 要:在CaCl_(2)熔盐体系中,以金属钙为还原剂,在不同的温度下进行还原制备铪粉,再经酸洗、水洗、烘干后,铪粉的产率可达92%以上。通过热力学研究确定实验的最佳温度,分析了不同温度下铪粉粒度、形貌及成分的变化,研究了钙热还原氧化铪的反应过程。结果表明:反应的适宜温度为1 000℃左右,制备的铪粉中主要物相为Hf,同时有少量的ZrO_(2)存在;在950℃下,铪粉中还有CaHfO_(3)存在,说明钙热还原氧化铪的反应分两步进行。随着反应温度的升高,铪粉粒度增大,形貌由颗粒状与枝状转变为块状,氧含量降低。Hafnium powder was prepared by reduction in CaCl_(2) molten salt system with calcium as reducing agent at different temperatures.The yield of hafnium powder is over 92% after acid washing, water washing and drying.The optimal temperature was determined by thermodynamic study, the particle size, morphology and composition of hafnium powder at different temperatures were analyzed, and the reaction process of calciothermic reduction of hafnium oxide was also studied.The results show that the optimum reaction temperature is about 1 000 ℃.The main phase of hafnium powder is Hf, and there is a small amount of ZrO_(2).At 950 ℃,there is CaHfO_(3) in hafnium powder, which indicates that the reaction of calciothermic reduction of hafnium oxide is divided into two steps.With the increase of reaction temperature, the particle size of hafnium powder increases, the morphology changes from granular and dendritic to massive, and the oxygen content decreases.
