摘  要:为探索贫瘦煤地下催化气化的可行性,以质量分数为8%的Na_(2)CO_(3)溶液为催化剂,制备尺寸为1 cm正方体的陕西王村斜井煤矿贫瘦煤进行催化热解实验,并与原煤热解特性进行对比,对气体产物进行测试以及对失重率进行对比分析。结果表明:原煤热解过程中,当热解温度较高时,煤样在CO2气氛下的最终热解失重率要比在N2气氛下的最终热解失重率提高3%(质量分数,下同)~5%;与原煤热解相比,负载催化剂后的煤样进行热解时,负载不同质量的催化剂,最终失重率可增加1%~5%,反应活化能降低22%~76%,且随着负载催化剂添加量的增加热解反应的最终失重率也增加;产生的气体组分中氢气和一氧化碳的体积分数有明显的增加,且氢气产生的温度也有所延后;质量分数为8%的Na_(2)CO_(3)催化剂对煤样的热解反应有较为明显的催化效果,且催化效果随着负载催化剂质量的增加而有所提高。In order to explore the feasibility of underground catalytic gasification of the meager lean coal,the meager lean coal with a size corresponding to approximately 1 cm was prepared by using the Na_(2)CO_(3) solution with a mass concentration corresponding to 8%as the catalyst.The pyrolysis characteristics were compared with those of the raw coal.The gas products were tested and the weight loss rate was analyzed.The results show that during the pyrolysis of the raw coal,when the pyrolysis temperature is high,the final pyrolysis weight loss rate of the coal samples in the CO2 atmosphere is 3%-5%higher than that in the N2 atmosphere.Compared with the raw coal pyrolysis,the final weight loss rate of coal samples loaded with different amount of the catalyst increases by 1%-5%,and the reaction activation energy decreases by 22%-76%.With the increase in the amount of the loaded catalyst,the final weight loss rate of the pyrolysis reaction increases;the proportion of the hydrogen and carbon monoxide in the produced gas components increases obviously;and the temperature rise owing to the hydrogen generation is delayed.The Na_(2)CO_(3) catalyst with the mass concentration of 8%has an obvious catalytic effect on the pyrolysis reaction of the coal sample,and the catalytic effect is improved with increasing mass of the loaded catalyst.
