摘 要:为突破传统国标热性质指标的限制,提出了由1050℃,1110℃,1150℃,1200℃,1250℃,1300℃六个测试温度条件组成的焦炭综合热性质检测方法及相应评价指标(等溶损反应25%后强度CSR25)。结果表明:依据焦炭传统国标热性质指标指导配煤结构优化,仅增配3%(质量分数,下同)的气煤较为理想;根据焦炭综合热性质指标,在一定范围内增配气煤和瘦煤,焦炭高温区的热强度升高,廉价煤配比增大幅度总和可达11%;焦炭微观结构表征指标显示,光学组织中镶嵌状组织的体积分数增高和气孔结构中小气孔数量增多,可能是导致焦炭高温区热强度升高的重要原因。通过7 m顶装焦炉和3500 m3容积的大高炉工业试验与生产实践证实,调整后的配煤结构优化方案可使配煤成本降低35元/t,且生产的焦炭能满足冶金高炉的需要,保证高炉操作经济技术指标保持稳定。In order to break through the limitation of the traditional national standard thermal property indicators,this paper proposes a comprehensive thermal property detection method for coke under six temperature conditions ranging from 1050℃to 1300℃and corresponding evaluation index(coke strength after the equivalent solution loss reaction of 25%,i.e.CSR25).The results show that adding only a small amount of 3%gas coal is ideal when the coal blending structure is optimized according to the traditional national standard thermal property indicators of coke.However,when the coke comprehensive thermal property index is adopted,adding gas or lean coals within a certain range will increase the coke thermal strength under relatively high temperatures,and the total increase in the amount of cheap coals can reach 11%.The microstructure characterization indexes of coke revealed that the increase in the amount of the mosaic structure in the optical texture and the increase in the amount of small pores may be the leading reasons for the increase in coke thermal strength under relatively high temperatures.The industrial test and production practice of a 7-meter top-loaded coking oven and a large blast furnace with a volume of 3500 m3 proved that the adjusted coal blending structure optimization scheme could greatly reduce the cost of coal blending by 35 yuan/t,and the coke produced can meet the needs of metallurgical blast furnace,and ensure that the economic and technical indicators of blast furnace remained stable.
