可视化互联网产后访视模式在社区妇幼保健临床中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨可视化互联网产后访视模式在社区妇幼保健中的应用价值。方法选取2019年1—12月产后于本社区居住的1088例产妇进行前瞻性随机对照研究,在知情同意的原则下按照访视模式不同分为互联网访视组和传统访视组,比较两种模式下产后并发症的发生率及产妇对社区妇幼保健的满意度评分。结果互联网访视组的产褥期感染发生率(2.94%)、乳房胀痛发生率(9.01%)、子宫复原不佳发生率(15.99%)、贫血发生率(4.96%)与传统访视组(2.57%、9.74%、16.73%、4.41%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但互联网访视组对社区妇幼保健满意度评分为(68.70±12.10)分,显著高于传统访视组的(62.15±12.63)分,差异有统计学意义(t=2.755,P=0.007)。结论可视化互联网产后访视可以取得与传统访视相当的效果,且更容易被产妇接受,满意度更高,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the application value of visual internet postpartum visit mode in community maternal and child health care.Methods A total of 1088 puerperae living in our community from January to December 2019 were selected and studied by a prospective randomized controlled method.Under the principle of informed consent,they were divided into the internet visit gro up and the conventional visit group according to different visit modes.The incidence of postpartum complications and the satisfaction score of maternal and child health care in the community were compared between the two modes.Results The incidences of puerperal infection(2.94%),breast distension(9.01%),poor uterine recovery(15.99%)and anemia(4.96%)in the internet visit group were not significantly different from those in the conventional vis it group(2.57%,9.74%,16.73%,4.41%,res pectively),without statistically significant differences(P>0.05).However,the satisfaction score of community maternal an d child health care in the internet visit group was(68.70±12.10)points,which was significantly higher than(62.15±12.63)points in the conventional visit group,with statistically significant difference(t=2.755,P=0.007).Conclusion Visual internet postpartum visit can achieve the same effect as the conventional visit,and it is more easily accepted by puerperae with higher satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
