摘　　要：军队院校门诊部主要负责大学内所有教员、学员的医疗保健和卫生防疫工作,平时以部队常见病、多发病为主。随着军队医院改革的步伐,军队院校门诊部划归部队中心医院管理,而部队中心医院不管从人员设置、硬件配备,还是技术能力都远远高于院校门诊部。划归中心医院后,通过依托医院强大的技术团队和各项完善的工作制度,院校门诊部从医疗设备、各项医疗管理制度、医务人员的各项技能、药品供应保障等各个方面都有了很大的改进和提高,各项业务建设更趋完善,也不断进步,真正适应新形势下广大官兵的健康需求,更大程度的保障官兵的身心健康。The outpatient department of military academies is mainly responsible for the medical care and sanitation and epidemic prevention of all faculty and students in the university.It usually focuses on common and frequently-occurring diseases in the military.With the reform of military hospitals,the outpatient department of military academies is under the management of the military central hospital,while the military central hospital is far more advanced than the outpatient department of the academies in terms of staffing,hardware configuration,and technical capabilities.After being assigned to the central hospital,relying on the central hospital's strong technical team and various complete working systems,the academies'outpatient department has made great improvements in various aspects such as medical equipment,various medical management systems,various skills of medical staff,and drug supply guarantees.Various business constructions have become more complete and continuously improved,truly adapting to the health needs of the broad masses of officers and soldiers under the new situation,and ensuring the physical and mental health of officers and soldiers to a greater extent.
