有柄石韦叶片和生境土壤的总氮特征及生态意义

摘  要:目的:通过研究喀斯特石生药用植物有柄石韦生长对氮素的吸收状况和生境土壤氮素含量,探讨有柄石韦对喀斯特裸岩生态修复的意义。方法:利用半微量凯氏定氮法测定了喀斯特环境20个点的有柄石韦叶片及生境土壤的总氮(TN)含量和6个点的穗枝赤齿藓结皮土壤总氮含量,分析了有柄石韦叶片和土壤氮素含量特征及生态意义。结果:(1)有柄石韦叶片TN含量介于11.58~13.71 g/kg,均值为12.38 g/kg;有柄石韦生境的土壤TN含量介于1.68~2.80 g/kg,均值为2.09 g/kg,低于穗枝赤齿藓结皮土壤总氮含量平均值3.58 g/kg,有柄石韦生境土壤TN含量标准介于一级和二级指标之间,有柄石韦氮吸收对土壤氮素含量影响大。(2)有柄石韦叶片氮吸收系数介于4.804~7.331,叶片对氮素的奢侈吸收增强了其生理耐旱性。结论:有柄石韦和穗枝赤齿藓结皮在喀斯特裸岩表层形成抗逆性强的植被小生境,可以将有柄石韦和穗枝赤齿藓结皮尝试用于喀斯特裸岩植被修复。Objective:By studying nitrogen absorption status and habitat soil nitrogen content of epilithic medicinal plant of Pyrrosia petiolosa,discussed the significance of karst bare rock ecological restoration by P.petiolosa.Methods:The total nitrogen content of P.petiolosa leaves and habitat soil on karst bare rocks 20 sites,and total nitrogen(TN)content of Erythrodontium julaceum soil crust by semi-micrometheel of kai’s fixed nitrogen.The characteristics and ecological significance of nitrogen content of P.petiolosa leaves and soil were analyzed.Results:The TN content of leaves was 11.58-13.71 g/kg,average was 12.38g/kg.The soil TN content stipatum ranged from 1.68 to 2.80 g/kg,average was 2.09 g/kg,which was lower than the average of E.julaceum soil crust total nitrogen content.The standard of soil TN content was between the first-level and second-level indexes.The P.petiolosa nitrogen absorption had a great influence on soil nitrogen content.The nitrogen absorption coefficient was between 4.804-7.331 of P.petiolosa leaf,nitrogen luxuriant absorption could be enhanced its physiological drought tolerance of P.petiolosa leaf.Conclusion:E.julaceum soil crust and P.petiolosa were formed a strong stress resistance microhabitat and will play an important role on the vegetation restoration of karst bare rock.
