布地奈德联合福莫特罗吸入治疗成人哮喘合并COPD的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的研究布地奈德联合福莫特罗吸入治疗成人哮喘合并慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的临床效果。方法挑选我院收治的90例成人哮喘合并COPD患者为研究对象,时间为2018年3月至2019年3月,随机分成观察组(n=45)与对照组(n=45)。对照组接受常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础之上使用布地奈德联合福莫特罗吸入治疗。对比两组治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率(95.56%)高于对照组(75.56%)(P<0.05)。观察组的FEV1[(74.14±13.01)V/L vs.(59.02±12.96)V/L]、PEF[(232.24±55.31)L/s vs.(180.27±39.22)L/s]水平都高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的TNF-α[(37.82±7.78)ng/L vs.(54.42±8.81)ng/L]、IL-6[(8.52±1.48)ng/L vs.(13.11±2.03)ng/L]水平都低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论布地奈德联合福莫特罗吸入治疗成人哮喘合并COPD,效果突出,可促进肺功能恢复,临床应用价值显著。Objective To study the clinical effect of budesonide/formoterol inhalation on adult asthma complicated with COPD.Methods Ninety cases of adult asthma complicated with COPD admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,45 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment,while the observation group was additionally treated with budesonide/formoterol inhalation on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.56%higher than that of the control group(75.56%)(P<0.05).FEV1[(74.14±13.01)V/L vs.(59.02±12.96)V/L],PEF[(232.24±55.31)L/s vs.(180.27±39.22)L/s]levels in the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of TNF-α[(37.82±7.78)ng/L vs.(54.42±8.81)ng/L],IL-6[(8.52±1.48)ng/L vs.(13.11±2.03)ng/L]in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Budesonide/formoterol inhalation therapy for adult asthma complicated with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease has prominent effect,can promote the recovery of lung function,and has significant clinical application value.
