前列地尔联合贝那普利治疗糖尿病肾病蛋白尿的临床效果评价

摘　　要：目的研究前列地尔联合贝那普利治疗糖尿病肾病蛋白尿的临床效果。方法选择糖尿病肾病蛋白尿患者作为本次研究对象,200例分为两组,其中观察组实施前列地尔联合贝那普利治疗;对照组实施贝那普利治疗。结果观察组治疗总有效率、24 h尿微量白蛋白、血尿氮素、血肌酐指标、不良反应发生率与对照组比较,具有统计学差异,P<0.05。结论前列地尔联合贝那普利治疗糖尿病肾病蛋白尿的临床效果十分显著。Objective To study the clinical effect of alprostadil combined with benazepril in the treatment of proteinuria in diabetic nephropathy.Methods Two hundred patients with diabetic nephropathy proteinuria were divided into two groups.The observation group was treated with alprostadil combined with benazepril,while the control group was treated with benazepril.Results The total effective rate,24 hour urinary microalbumin,blood urea nitrogen,serum creatinine index and adverse reactions in the observation group were different from those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of alprostadil combined with benazepril in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy proteinuria is remarkable.
