清肺化痰糖浆联合阿奇霉素在肺炎支原体感染所致小儿哮喘治疗中的临床效果

摘　　要：目的观察清肺化痰糖浆联合阿奇霉素在治疗肺炎支原体感染所致小儿哮喘中的临床疗效。方法选取2018年8月至2019年2月在我院接受治疗的小儿哮喘患儿170例,起病原因均是肺炎支原体感染。按照随机方法将其分为对照组(85例)和观察组(85例),其中对照组患儿使用阿奇霉素治疗,观察组在此基础上联合清肺化痰糖浆。观察两组患儿在治疗10 d后的临床效果,并进行3个月的随访。结果观察组患儿的治疗总有效率为96.47%(82/85),对照组为71.76%(61/85),即观察组的治疗有效率优于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。两组患儿在治疗前用力肺活量(FCV)、ECP、嗜酸性粒细胞、第一秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)以及呼气峰流速(PEFR)与治疗后比较均具有显著差异(P<0.05),且治疗后观察组FVC、嗜酸性粒细胞水平以及FEV1与对照组比较同样具有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论对于肺炎支原体感染所致小儿哮喘,选择使用清肺化痰糖浆联合阿奇霉素进行治疗效果显著,可有效改善患儿临床症状,有利于预后。Objective To observe the clinical effect of qingfei huatan syrup combined with azithromycin in the treatment of children asthma caused by mycoplasma pneumoniae infection.Methods One hundred and seventy cases of children with asthma who were treated in our hospital from August 2018 to February 2019 were selected.The etiology was mycoplasma pneumoniae infection.According to the random method,they were divided into control group(85 cases)and observation group(85 cases).The control group were treated with azithromycin,and the observation group were combined with qingfei huatan syrup on the basis of azithromycin.After 10 days of treatment,the clinical effects of the two groups were observed and followed up for 3 months.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.47%(82/85)and that of control group was 71.76%(61/85),the effective rate of the observation group was better than the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).There were significant differences in forced vital capacity(FCV),ECP,eosinophils,forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV_(1))and peak expiratory flow rate(PEFR)between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05),and there were also significant differences in FVC,eosinophils and FEV1 between the observation group and the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion For children with asthma caused by mycoplasma pneumoniae infection,using qingfei huatan syrup combined with azithromycin has significant therapeutic effect,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of children and is beneficial to prognosis.
