清肺利咽汤治疗急性扁桃体炎的疗效及对并发症发生率的影响

摘　　要：目的研究清肺利咽汤治疗急性扁桃体炎的疗效及对并发症发生率的影响。方法随机抽取我院在2017年至2020年接收的49例确诊为急性扁桃体炎作为参照组,同时在抽取同时期的49例确诊为急性扁桃体炎作为研究组,参照组安排常规治疗方式(阿莫西林胶囊)进行治疗,研究组安排清肺利咽汤进行治疗,比较两组患者治疗1周后的疗效差异以及并发症发生率差异。结果参照组治疗1周后,无效例数共计10例,无效率为20.41%,总治疗有效率为79.59%;研究组治疗1周后,无效例数共计3例,无效率为6.12%,总治疗有效率为93.88%;研究组的治疗有效率显著高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。并发症:参照组治疗期间,发生急性淋巴结炎的患者例数共计4例,发生扁桃体周围蜂窝织炎的患者例数共计3例,发生扁桃体周围脓肿的患者例数共计5例,总并发症发生率为24.49%。研究组治疗期间,发生急性淋巴结炎的患者例数共计1例,发生扁桃体周围蜂窝织炎的患者例数共计1例,发生扁桃体周围脓肿的患者例数共计2例,总并发症发生率为8.16%,研究组的并发症发生率显著低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急性扁桃体炎患者的临床治疗中,清肺利咽汤疗效确切,治疗安全性高,具有良好的推广应用价值。Objective To study the effect of Qingfei Liyan Decoction on the treatment of acute tonsillitis and the effect on the incidence of complications.Methods Forty-nine patients received in our hospital from 2017 to 2020 were randomly selected as the reference group.Meanwhile,49 patients were diagnosed as acute tonsillitis in the same period as the research group,the reference group arranged the routine treatment(amoxicillin capsule)for treatment,and the research group arranged qingfei liyan decoction for treatment,the difference of curative effect and complication rate of the two groups after one week of treatment was compared.Results After one week of treatment in the reference group,the total number of invalid cases was 10,the ineffective rate was 20.41%,and the total effective rate was 79.59%;after one week of treatment in the research group,there were 3 cases of invalid cases,the ineffective rate was 6.12%the total effective rate was 93.88%;the effective rate of treatment in the research group was significantly higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Complications:during the treatment of reference group,there were 4 cases of acute lymphadenitis,3 cases of cellulitis around tonsil,5 cases with peritonsillar abscess,and the total complication rate was 24.49%.During the treatment of the research group,there were 1 acute lymphadenitis patients,1 case with peritonsillar cellulitis,2 patients with peritonsillar abscess,and 8.16%of the total complications.The incidence of complications in the research group was significantly lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with acute tonsillitis,Qingfei Liyan decoction has a good therapeutic effect and high safety.
