摘　　要：目的探讨PDCA护理模式对腹腔镜异位妊娠手术患者术后胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法采用随机数表法将我院2017年2月至2020年1月行腹腔镜异位妊娠手术的患者96例分为对照组(n=49)和观察组(n=47)。对照组患者于术后行常规护理,观察组患者于术后行PDCA护理。对比观察两组患者术后首次肛门排气、下床及住院时间,并统计患者术后并发症发生情况及对本次护理满意度情况。结果观察组首次肛门排气、下床以及住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组术后并发症发生率(18.37%)比观察组(4.26%)高,对本次护理满意度(83.67%)比观察组(97.87%)低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜异位妊娠手术患者经PDCA护理模式干预,可加快患者术后胃肠功能恢复速度,降低术后并发症的发生率,提高患者对我院护理工作的满意度。Objective To explore the effect of PDCA nursing mode on the recovery of gastrointestinal function after laparoscopic ectopic pregnancy.Methods Ninety-six cases of laparoscopic ectopic pregnancy in our hospital from February 2017 to January 2020 were divided into control group(n=49)and observation group(n=47).The patients in the control group received routine nursing and those in the observation group received PDCA nursing.The patients in the two groups were observed for the first time of anal exhaust,getting out of bed and hospital stay,and the incidence of postoperative complications and the satisfaction of this nursing were counted.Results The time of first anal exhaust,getting out of bed and hospitalization in the observation group were shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of postoperative complications in the control group(18.37%)was higher than that in the observation group(4.26%),and the satisfaction rate of this nursing(83.67%)was lower than that in the observation group(97.87%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of PDCA nursing mode can accelerate the recovery of gastrointestinal function,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and improve the patients'satisfaction with nursing work in our hospital.
