眼科住院患者关怀护理体验的临床分析

摘　　要：目的对眼科住院患者关怀护理的体验进行临床分析,旨在为今后工作的顺利开展提供依据。方法抽取我院曾诊治的46例患者作为本次的研究对象,通过对患者进一步的深入访谈,了解患者对关怀护理的理解以及对关怀护理模式的认可程度等,并提出需要改进的方法;访谈结束后,将相关资料整理成完整的文字资料,并对其进行分析,采用合众法进行对所收集到的信息进行核实与整理,最后,返回研究对象处核对其真实性。结果经过有效访谈得知,在进行关怀护理工作中,患者关怀护理体验最为深刻且最为认可的护理方式分别为细致周到、暖心沟通、心理支持、隐私保护、护理技术、生活护理。结论眼科疾病患者由于存在一定的视觉障碍,在心理上往往会出现敏感且焦虑的情绪,全面融入人文关怀护理且不断完善是医院眼科护理人员必然要做到的工作。Objective To analyze the nursing experience of ophthalmic inpatients in order to provide a basis for the smooth development of future work.Methods Forty-six patients who had been treated and treated in our hospital were selected as the research objects.Through further in-depth interviews with patients,the understanding of patients'care and the recognition of care and nursing mode were understood,and the methods needed to be improved were put forward.After the interview,the relevant data were translated into complete written data.And its analysis,using the public method to verify and collate the collected information,and finally,return to the object of study to verify its authenticity.Result Through effective interviews,we know that the most profound and most recognized nursing methods are meticulous care,warm heart communication,psychological support,privacy protection,nursing technology and life care.Conclusion Patients with ophthalmic diseases often have sensitive and anxious emotions because of their visual impairment.It is necessary for hospital ophthalmic nurses to integrate humanistic care and improve it continuously.
