手术室精细化护理对促进腹腔镜术后患者恢复的效果探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨手术室精细化护理对促进腹腔镜术后患者恢复的效果。方法选取92例2018年7月至2020年3月在我院行腹腔镜治疗的患者,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各46例,给予对照组患者常规护理,给予观察组患者手术室精细化护理,观察并比较两组患者术后恢复情况以及护理质量评分。结果在腹胀消失时间、术后肛门排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、术后排便时间、术后进食时间及住院时间等术后恢复指标方面,观察组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理质量评分为(93.01±4.59)分,高于对照组的(80.01±2.33)分,差异有统计学意义(t=6.394,P<0.05)。结论患者行腹腔镜治疗的同时,给其配合实施手术室精细化护理,能够有效促进患者的术后恢复,护理质量较优,效果明显,有较高的推广价值。Objective To explore the effect of refined nursing in the operating room on the recovery of patients after laparoscopic surgery.Methods Ninetytwo patients who underwent laparoscopic treatment in our hospital from July 2018 to March 2020 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,each with 46 cases.The control group was given routine care and the observation group was given patients underwent refined nursing care in the operating room,and observed and compared postoperative recovery and nursing quality scores between the two groups.Results The observation group was lower than the control group in terms of the disappearance of abdominal distension,postoperative anal exhaust time,recovery time of bowel sounds,postoperative bowel movement time,postoperative eating time and hospitalization time.Academic significance(P<0.05).The nursing quality score of the observation group was(93.01±4.59),which was higher than that of the control group(80.01±2.33),the difference was statistically significant(t=6.394,P<0.05).Conclusion While patients undergoing laparoscopic treatment,cooperating with the implementation of refined nursing in the operating room can effectively promote the postoperative recovery of patients,the quality of care is superior,the effect is obvious,and it has a high value for promotion.
