循证护理在预防新生儿PICC置管并发症中的应用

摘　　要：目的分析循证护理对预防新生儿经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)置管并发症的临床应用价值。方法选取2018年3月至2020年6月我院新生儿重症监护室收治的102例新生儿为研究对象,分为实施常规护理的对照组和实施循证护理的观察组,每组各51例。分析不同护理模式对PICC置管新生儿的应用价值。结果两组患儿的不良反应发生率组间对比差异显著,有统计学意义(P=0.042);观察组患儿的平均置管时间明显短于对照组,组间差异明显,有统计学意义(P=0.000);观察组患儿家属对护理人员综合评分显著高于对照组,组间对比差异明显,有统计学意义(P=0.000)。结论对于实施PICC置管的新生儿患者采用循证护理可以降低PICC置管并发症的发生率,提升治疗有效率,缩短置管时间,提高患儿家属的满意程度,应该积极予以推广应用。Objective To analyze the clinical application value of evidence-based nursing in preventing complications of neonatal PICC.Methods A total of 102 newborns admitted to neonatal intensive care unit of our hospital from March 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group(routine nursing)and observation group(evidence-based nursing),with 51 cases in each group.Objective to analyze the application value of different nursing modes for newborns with PICC.Results The incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was significantly different,with statistical significance(P=0.042);the average catheterization time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P=0.000);the comprehensive score of nursing staff from the family members of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P=0.000).Conclusion For the implementation of PICC in neonatal patients,evidence-based nursing can reduce the incidence of PICC catheter complications,improve the treatment efficiency,shorten the catheter time,improve the satisfaction of the children's families,should be actively promoted and applied.
