对腹腔镜直肠癌手术患者采取手术室温度护理的临床意义及体会

摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜直肠癌手术患者采取手术室温度护理的临床意义及体会。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月在辽宁省大连市大连大学附属新华医院的80例腹腔镜直肠癌手术患者并随机分为试验组和对照组。给予对照组40例患者传统护理,试验组40例患者在传统护理的基础上加用手术室温度护理。对比两组患者手术开始时、手术30 min及手术结束时的鼻腔温度。结果试验组手术30 min以及手术结束时患者的鼻腔温度高于对照组患者,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术室温度护理可保证患者体温维持在正常范围,避免低温并发症的发生。值得临床推广。Objective To explore the clinical significance and experience of operating room temperature nursing for patients with laparoscopic rectal cancer surgery.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019,80 patients undergoing laparoscopic rectal cancer surgery were selected from Xinhua Hospital Affiliated to Dalian University,and randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The control group of 40 patients provided traditional nursing treatment.The experimental group of 40 patients in the traditional nursing on the basis of operating room temperature.Nasal temperature at the beginning of surgery,30 min after surgery and at the end of surgery were compared between the two groups.Results The nasal cavity temperature of patients in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group at 30 min after operation and at the end of operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Temperature nursing in operating room can ensure the temperature of patients to maintain the normal range and avoid the occurrence of hypothermia complications.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
