妊娠晚期护理干预对产妇选择分娩方式的效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析在妊娠晚期产妇护理工作中,实施综合护理干预对于产妇分娩方式的影响。方法选择我院产科2019年1月至2020年2月收治的220例产妇为研究对象,利用随机数字表法将所有产妇随机均匀分成对照组(110例)和观察组(110例),给予对照组产妇常规方式护理,观察组产妇则需在妊娠晚期接受综合护理,观察两组产妇接受不同方式护理后的分娩方式、临床主要指标以及产妇的护理满意率。结果观察组产妇当中自然分娩的例数为81例,剖宫产的例数为29例,对照组产妇自然分娩例数为52例,剖宫产的例数为58例,数据对比后χ^(2)为15.990,P=0.000<0.05;观察组产妇对于护理干预的满意例数为108例多于对照组产妇(满意例数为88例),数据对比后χ^(2)为18.708,P=0.000<0.05。此外,观察组产妇的各项指标水平均优于对照组,数据比较后差异存在统计学意义。结论针对妊娠晚期产妇的护理方案选择而言,让其接受综合护理方案的效果较好,该方案的可行性较高。Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the delivery method of parturient women in the third trimester nursing work.Methods Two hundred and twenty maternity women who were admitted to our obstetrics department from January 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the research object.All the women were randomly divided into a control group(110 cases)and an observation group(110 cases)by random number table.Control group maternal routine care,observation group maternal need to receive comprehensive care in the third trimester,observe the delivery methods,clinical main indicators and maternal nursing satisfaction rate of the two groups of maternal women after receiving different modes of care.Results The number of cases of natural delivery in the observation group was 81,the number of cesarean sections was 29,the number of natural delivery in the control group was 52,and the number of cesarean section was 58.After data comparison,χ^(2) was 15.990,P=0.000<0.05;the number of women who were satisfied with nursing intervention in the observation group was 108,which was more than the number of women who were satisfied in 88 cases in the control group.After data comparison,χ^(2) was 18.708,P=0.000<0.05.In addition,the observation group's maternal indicators are better than the control group,and the difference is statistically significant after the data comparison.Conclusion As far as the choice of nursing programs for pregnant women in late pregnancy is concerned,it is better to have them receive comprehensive nursing programs,and the feasibility of this program is higher.
