低温等离子射频消融术治疗小儿鼾症围手术期的护理体会

摘　　要：目的分析低温等离子射频消融术治疗小儿鼾症的围手术期护理。方法选择108例接受低温等离子射频消融术治疗的鼾症患儿为研究对象,分为常规组、干预组,给予两组常规护理、围手术期护理干预。结果干预组家长护理满意度高于常规组(P<0.05);干预组术后恢复状况优于常规组(P<0.05)。干预组家长手术知识掌握率、患儿依从性高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论围手术期护理干预用于低温等离子射频消融术治疗鼾症患儿,可改善其恢复状况,提高家长的满意度。Objective To analyze the perioperative nursing of children with snoring treated by low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation.Methods One hundred and eight children with hysteria who underwent low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into conventional group and intervention group.Two groups of routine nursing and perioperative nursing intervention were given separately.Results The nursing satisfaction of the intervention group was higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).The recovery status of the intervention group was better than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).The parental knowledge acquisition rate and the compliance of children in the intervention group were higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative nursing intervention for low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation for children with snoring can improve their recovery and improve parents'satisfaction.
