摘　　要：糖尿病作为一种功能代谢障碍疾病,在目前临床研究中具有较高的发病率。该病发病后会诱发患者出现一系列的其他障碍疾病,如肾病综合征、终末期肾衰竭等都是在糖尿病发病之后比较高发的病症之一。如果患者发病之后得不到有效的治疗,对其自身的健康以及生活都会造成严重影响。以腹膜透析作为治疗方式,能够帮助患者改善临床症状,对患者自身的病症控制和管理具有重要指导意义。本文主要综述了糖尿病腹膜透析治疗的时机、方式以及特点和管理方式,以使能够为糖尿病患者腹膜透析治疗的质量控制提供帮助,提高患者腹膜透析的治疗效果。Diabetes mellitus,as a functional metabolic disorder,has a high incidence in current clinical research.We found in clinical research that after the onset of the disease,it will induce a series of other disorders,such as nephrotic syndrome,endstage renal failure,etc.,which are one of the diseases with high incidence after the onset of diabetes.If patients can't get effective treatment,it will have a serious impact on their own health and life.Peritoneal dialysis as a treatment can help patients improve their clinical symptoms and has important guiding significance for the control and management of their own diseases.Therefore,in this case,this method can be combined with patient treatment in clinical treatment.In view of this,this paper discusses the research progress of peritoneal dialysis treatment for diabetic patients from the perspective of review.Main the timing,mode,characteristics and management of peritoneal dialysis for diabetes mellitus were reviewed.With the help of the review analysis in this paper,it is expected to provide help for the quality control of peritoneal dialysis treatment for diabetic patients and improve the quality of peritoneal dialysis treatment.
