摘  要:在总生物量相同的情况下,使用活性污泥与小球藻混合组成菌-藻和纯藻系统分别处理废水,研究两种系统在光暗条件下对污染物的去除效果和微藻生长的影响。实验结果表明,菌-藻光照组在实验第5 d时对COD、NO 3--N、PO 43--P的去除率分别达到88%、99%、99%。形成了良好的菌-藻共生体。叶绿素A含量和OD值结果表明,光照条件对菌-藻组小球藻生长促进作用比纯藻组更明显。Under the condition of the same total biomass,the activated sludge and chlorella were mixed to form a bacterial-algal system.The bacterial-algal and pure alga system were adopted to treat wastewater respectively.The effects of pure alga and bacteria-alga on the removal of pollutants and the growth of microalgae under light and dark conditions were studied.The results indicated that the bacteria-algae light group had 88%,99%,and 99%removal rates for COD,NO 3--N and PO 43--P on the 5th day of the experiment.The fluorescence microscope results showed that a better bacteria-algae symbiosis was formed.The results of chlorophyll A content and OD value revealed that the growth of chlorella vulgaris in the bacteria algae group was promoted more obviously than that in the pure algae group.
