摘 要:[目的/意义]考虑到现实中风险偏好对智慧城市信息安全风险评估的影响,为了更加合理地量化风险,改进失效模式与影响分析(FMEA)模型并应用于智慧城市信息安全风险评估。[方法/过程]首先,分析智慧城市信息安全风险事件并构建二元语义评估矩阵,其次,以最大熵方法及加权有序加权平均(WOWA)算子的参数加权函数描述评估者与决策者风险偏好对属性权重影响,并确定风险因素的位置权重和自身权重,最后,利用二元语义加权有序加权几何平均(2TWOWGA)算子集结评估信息。[结果/结论]结果表明基于现实环境中不同风险偏好的影响下,改进的FMEA模型能够较好地处理传统FMEA模型风险因素相对重要性问题,从而更加合理地量化风险。[Purpose/significance]Considering the impact of risk preference on information security risk assessment of smart city in reality,in order to quantify risk more reasonably,the failure mode and effect analysis(FMEA)model is improved and applied to information security risk assessment of smart city.[Method/process]Firstly,the paper analyzes the smart city information security risk events and constructs a 2-tuple linguistic assessment matrix;secondly,it describes the influence of risk preference of expert and decision maker on attribute weights with the maximum entropy method and the parametric weighting function of the weighted ordered weighted averaging(WOWA)operator,and determines the position weight and the own weight of risk factors;and finally,it uses the 2-tuple linguistic weighted ordered weighted geometric averaging(2TWOWGA)operator to integrate the assessment information.[Result/conclusion]The results show that based on the influence of different risk preferences in the real environment,the improved FMEA model can deal with the relative importance of risk factors better in the traditional FMEA model,so as to quantify risks more reasonably.
