摘　　要：人因工程在可用性工程与医疗健康服务方面的研究与应用,要求高校在人才培养上进行相应改革。在理论教学方面打破传统的人因工程教学内容局限,引入可用性工程与医疗健康服务理论;在实践教学方面依托人因工程实验室资源,开展基础人因工程实验与消费产品可用性测评及设计实验。通过构建全新的课堂理论教学体系与实验室实践教学体系,取得了初步成效。The research and application of human factors engineering in usability engineering and medical and health service requires the corresponding reform in talent cultivation in colleges and universities.In terms of theoretical teaching,it is necessary to break the limitation of traditional human factors engineering teaching content and introduces usability engineering and medical and health service theory;In terms of practical teaching,it is necessary to rely on human factors engineering laboratory resources to carry out basic human factors engineering experiments and usability evaluation and design experiments of consumer products.Through the construction of a new classroom theory teaching system and laboratory practice teaching system,preliminary results have been achieved.
