四川凉山地区彝族传统体育与全民健身融合的研究

摘　　要：本文通过对整个凉山彝族地区不同区域、不同人群进行实地调查,结合彝族体育文化与民俗的影响,分析了目前凉山地区人们的运动意识、运动状况,找出了彝族传统体育和全民健身的有效融合方式,通过组织彝族传统体育研究者与学校、街道、社区人员将传统体育与全民健身项目进行有效地改进、组合、融合,开发出具有独特社会文化价值和代表性意义的彝族传统体育项目,如改进的达体舞、射箭、射弩等,既丰富了全民健身运动,弘扬传承了彝族传统体育文化,又提高了凉山地区体育民俗的普及和全民人文修养,让彝族传统体育项目与我国全民健身相互渗透、相互融合,共同发展。This article through to the different regions,different groups of Liangshan Yi nationality area of field investigation,combined with the Yi nationality sports culture and folk customs,the influence of the analysis of the current Liangshan district people's sports consciousness,sports condition,find out the effective integration of the Yi people's traditional sports and the national fitness way,by organizing researchers and Yi people's traditional sports schools,streets,community personnel will traditional sports and the national fitness project effectively improve,combination and fusion,developed a unique social and cultural value and meaning of representative Yi nationality traditional sports,such as improvement of body dance,archery,penetrating crossbow,enriched the national fitness campaign,carry forward the tradition of Yi nationality traditional sports culture,and improved the Liangshan region sports the popularity of folk custom and the humanities accomplishment,let the Yi nationality traditional sports and China's national fitness mutual penetration,integration,common development.
