摘 要:碳纤维缠绕复合材料压力容器是未来碳纤维应用发展的一个重要方向,在压力容器制备过程中,缠绕成型工艺参数对制品性能起着至关重要的作用。评述了树脂质量分数、缠绕张力、铺层顺序、缠绕速度、固化工艺等碳纤维缠绕成型工艺参数对成型过程及制品性能质量的影响;对比分析了湿法缠绕和干法缠绕二种不同工艺的特点,在此基础上提出干法缠绕成型工艺的未来发展前景,为碳纤维缠绕成型工艺研究提供参考。Carbon fiber-wound composite pressure vessel is an important direction for the application and development of carbon fiber in the future.In the preparation process of pressure vessel,the winding molding process parameters play a vital role in the performance of the product.The article mainly reviews the influence of carbon fiber winding molding process parameters such as resin mass fraction,winding tension,layup sequence,winding speed,curing process on the molding process and product performance and quality;compares and analyzes the two different processes of wet winding and dry winding.On this basis,the future development prospect of the dry winding molding process is proposed,which provides reference for the research on the carbon fiber winding molding process.
