摘  要:通过对渣油加氢装置反应进料泵轴位移升高的分析,确认了两段式背靠背多级离心泵的轴向力上升是由中间壳体及弹性密封圈存在的磨损而造成的,并通过将泵解体大修,解决了轴位移的问题。通过对磨损问题进行分析,说明了多级离心泵检修过程中严格按照要求的拆装步骤进行的必要性,以及做好结构复杂的设备的预防性维护工作的重要性。Through the analysis of the increase in the shaft displacement of the reactive feed pump of the residual oil hydrogenation unit,it is confirmed that the increase in the axial force of the two-stage back-to-back multistage centrifugal pump is caused by the wear of the intermediate casing and the elastic sealing ring.And the problem of shaft displacement was solved by disassembling the pump for overhaul.Based on analysis of the wear problem,the necessity of strict following of the required disassembly and assembly steps in the process of multi-stage centrifugal pump maintenance and the importance of preventive maintenance work for equipment with complex structure are explained.
