摘 要:电站凝汽系统是高真空状态下将汽机排汽凝结的功能单元,其工作性能对机组经济性指标影响较大。试验表明,凝汽器真空度每降低1 kPa会使汽轮机汽耗增加1.5%~2.5%,发电机煤耗增加0.25%,使循环效率下降。因此在汽轮机运行过程中,真空度是一项非常重要的参数。针对中国石化上海石油化工股份有限公司热电部4号机组凝汽系统存在的真空度低、严密性差、端差大等现象,分析了其产生原因,并提出解决措施。改进措施实施后,机组真空严密性达到了标准的要求。The power plant condensing system is a functional unit that condenses the exhaust steam of the steam turbine under high vacuum.Its performance has a greater impact on the economic indicators of the unit.Tests have shown that every 1 kPa decrease in condenser vacuum will increase steam turbine steam consumption by 1.5%to 2.5%,and generator coal consumption by 0.25%,which reduce the cycle efficiency.Therefore,the vacuum degree is a very important parameter during the operation of the steam turbine.Aiming at the phenomenon of low vacuum,poor tightness,and large terminal difference in the condensing system of Unit 4 of the Thermal Power Division of SINOPEC Shanghai Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.,the causes were analyzed and solutions were proposed.After the improvement measures were implemented,the vacuum tightness of the unit reached the standard requirements.
